Dave Winer takes a shot at Lawrence Lessig and Lawrence' speech on patents and their ill effects in the industry.

He ends with pot-shot questioning Lessig's understanding of technology. Geez Dave, back away from the mirror. Some people take a self-centered view of the world and some people work by trying to educate and inspire. I'm sure you understand the difference between the two.

Lawrence doesn't write outliners or live his life through blogging. He is trying to educate people (people who can make a difference) about what he sees as a problem in the industry. His pulpit is bigger than yours. Don't tear the man down. Help him refine his story.
