In the "Server Settings" dialog, under the "Incoming Mail" tab. Select "From POP Server" in the "Collect Mail" popup.
The dialog will now be displayed like this;

This setting is global and affects all incoming email accounts managed
by LetterRip Pro. After choosing "From POP server," all incoming
email accounts use POP to receive email.
Warning: If you use POP accounts to receive mail, the accounts must be
dedicated to LetterRip Pro since LetterRip Pro will read and remove all
messages from the POP accounts. For example, do not use a personal
POP account to test the setup as LetterRip Pro Server will read your
personal email.

Fill out the "Account", "Server", and "Password" values. These settings are used to manage your "Requests" account. This special account is typically used
by end users of your list server for subscribing, unsubscribing, getting help and other similar activities.
The "Account" setting is the account ID on your POP server.
The "Server" setting is the domain name or IP address of your POP server.
The "Password" setting is the password for the account that is being connected to.
The other settings in this dialog can typically be left with their default values. The "Use requests account to gather all mail" means that LetterRip will use this account to manage all of the mail for all
of the mailing lists on the server. If it is unchecked, you will need to setup POP account values for all of the mailing lists that are created.
